GROUPON REDEMPTION

Thank you for purchasing a Groupon for use at Awaken Massage Therapy!  

Please read the following instructions so that your Groupon redemption will go quickly and smoothly.

1.  Please schedule an appointment by calling: 831.461.1371, or, by emailing: awakenmassagetherapy@gmail.com

2.  We will need the following information from you so please be prepared to provide it:

          Your Name, Phone Number, Groupon Voucher # AND Barcode #, and some days and times that will work for you to schedule your massage.  Please let us know what type of massage you will be scheduling (Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, MyoFascial, etc...), and how long you would like to schedule for (60, 75, 90 min.).  The Groupon Vouchers are all for one hour massages but if you would like to schedule a longer massage you can do so by paying the difference in cost.

Your Groupon Voucher is valid for any $75/hr massage modality that we currently offer.  The duration of the massage will be one hour.  Of course, if you prefer a Swedish Massage, you can request one upon booking.  Please be aware that if you make this choice, your Groupon voucher will be redeemed in full.  You will not be reimbursed for the difference in cost, nor will you be given extra time during the massage.  

Please note that we have a 24 Hour Cancellation Policy.  If you need to cancel, or, reschedule your massage please give us twenty-four hours advance notice.  If you do not notify us within this time period, and/or miss your scheduled appointment for any reason, you risk forfeiting your Groupon voucher as payment for your scheduled appointment.   

If you have an expired Groupon Voucher that you would like to redeem please call our office to book your appointment. Please make sure to tell us that your voucher has expired.  The value of your voucher will be that which you paid for it. If you paid $35 for a One Hour Deep Tissue Massage your voucher can now be used as a $35 credit towards any massage of one hour or more. Example: If you want to book a one hour Deep Tissue Massage using your voucher you will need to pay an additional $40 to cover the charge of your one hour massage ($75 Value)
