Q:  Do we do Couples Massage?

A:  We do couples massage.  However, our rooms are not large enough to put two massage tables in one room.  So, we book massages for couples at the same time and do the massages in different rooms.

Q:  How many employees does Awaken Massage Therapy have?

A:  Only one!  Maria Willis is the owner and only employee of Awaken.  All of the other therapists are self-employed subcontractors.  We work closely together as a team to run the office at a high level of professionalism.

Q:  How come when I call I often get the answering machine?

A:  We do not have a receptionist and return all calls ourselves.  If we are booked during our shift then the machine will take your message (PLEASE leave one) and we will call you back as soon as possible.  

Q:  Can I choose which therapist I see and when?

A:  We are always thrilled when a new client specifically requests one of us and we do our best to accommodate these requests.  Please be aware that each therapist has set shifts each week and is only available during those shifts.  If the specific therapist you wish to see is unavailable when you are, or, is already booked we will book you with the first available therapist who is a good match for your needs.
